As we emerge two years after the start of the pandemic, the stress and anxiety we feel about communicating and interacting, live and virtually, is real. The toll that it’s taken, especially on women and families, has been great. While we might have some battle scars, let’s rise and emerge stronger than ever. Donna has spent decades helping people acknowledge and control their stress so they can speak and interact with more confidence. Donna doesn’t teach you to fake it till you make it.
