About the Speaker

Darcia Tremblay
Founder of Silver Lining Solutions

Darcia has 15+ years of experience successfully processing thousands of Medicaid Applications, working with over 300 nursing homes throughout New England. Earlier in Darcia’s career, she worked in advertising and public relations for 20 years. She acquired her management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines and personal relationships with clients during this time, and these serve as her basis to be a successful Medicaid Application Professional today. The Medicaid Application process is a complicated, cumbersome compilation of years of paperwork. Darcia is able to assist her clients and explain the process in everyday terms. She is detail organized to ensure all Medicaid deadlines are met. Darcia does everything within her control to ensure her clients’ applications are approved in a timely manner. Darcia was previously accepted to the Massachusetts School of Law. While she is not an attorney, she has a complete understanding of any legal issues that may arise during the Medicaid Application Process, and will refer to one of the many elder law attorneys she collaborates with. Darcia serves on the North Shore Chamber of Commerce Executive Board of Directors, as well as the Woman’s Thrive Advisory Council and is the Chair of the Chambers’ of Small Business Council. She was the recipient of North Shore Chamber of Commerce’s Diamond Award in 2022. In 2025, Darcia and Silver Lining Solutions has been names the SBA Women-Owned Small Business of the Year for Massachusetts.
